If I were him I'd stay at Porto. Perfect place for him to grow and Villas-Boas is cooking with the club. There in a bit if a transition so they can build around him. Pushing them back to the title and maybe a European run would be good experience while he develops physically and then he can leave for a more assured role somewhere else.
