One good idea there is that secret stash. Although you might do better to have it in a fake electrical plug that looks like all the other plugs in the house, rather than in an odd one out.

A few of these aren't terrible ideas, but most of the space-saving ideas don't really save any space, and people needing to save space probably can't afford them either. And many of these things are impractical or not any advantageous. The sliding cabinets (10:05) aren't really any more advantageous than a regular cabinet. Corner drawers aren't really more spacious than regular drawers. That underground garage door probably takes ages to open. The foldable kitchen table... realistically you'd keep your table pulled out because tables have a way of being handy all the time.

I 'd probably want my pool uncovered in parties or gatherings, but that cover would prevent kids from invading my property to swim in my pool (me and my friends did that a lot when we were kids).
