Hi Craig, still getting good tips even though im watching them arse to front lol, all good!!nah you need to work on that mate!lol 20:15 course in ireland again wat we used to do is return the window/doorjamb with a 180mm
Cut facing out leaving a 10mm gap straight up with 6 inch dpc up either wall or window, recessed back from outer leaf for windows to fit in, sorry for rammbling on lol

Great video, well explained. If the neighbours ground level is higher than your extension, how wd u arrange for the dpc..? How would u fit the insulation, wd it need to go below the dpc otherwise it wd leave a cold spot..?

Love your work Craig, do you boys ever have radon barrier to build over where it steps down from inside floor level to 3 bricks lower on the outside, then run your 3 course back up to dpc?must be just an Ireland thing
