A Christian is one who has accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior. Lord over their lives. Savior of their souls.

We become bondservants/ slaves of Christ (1 Corinthians 7:22). A slave must obey their master so we as Christian’s must obey Christ. Difference is that we obey Christ out of love not obligation. Jesus said, “If you love me you will keep my commandments ” ( John 14:15).

The true of Christian will obey Him because they love Christ the one who is not a servant will not because they don’t love Him.
As Christians we might sin because we are imperfect but we do not remain in sin we strife to obey Christ.

By their fruits you will know them.(Matthew 7: 16)
