In this edition of MRM @ the bar, Caitlyn Ritz, Mixologist/Head Bartender at Ho-Ho-Kus Inn + Tavern crafts The Sheridan.
1 oz Meyer Lemon Juice
1 oz Lavender & Thyme Syrup
2 oz Meyer Lemon Infused Vodka
2 Sprigs of Thyme
Lavender Dust
Muddle one sprig (leaves only) of thyme with syrup. Add rest of ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice and double strain into martini glass. Sprinkle Lavender dust on top and garnish with sprig of thyme.
Lavender dust:
2 Tbs dried lavender
2 Tbs sugar
Throw both ingredients into a spice grinder and pulse for a few moments.
