PS: Even having 300w and 200w lights, i prefer using 60w for hairlight when im doing interviews. so this one coming with its own battaries build in can be quite handy and save a bit of space in my bags

Ok, really bad joke aside. I am curious about LED spotlights as they only recently seem to have started popping up after a while when all LED's were soft light giant squares. I always prefer hard light. :)

rather get a 50W ulanzi for 50 bucks, with build in battery that lasts over 1h on full power, No need to lug extra 500 bucks bricks behind.
But i guess that at 50bucks, theres no budget to pay youtubers for sponsored videos like smallrig does, hence they have to up the price.

I almost burned my house down putting that light into a bag that was sitting on the bed. It took less than a minute to burn a hole in the bag and start smoking. Close call lol.

nah under 120w is useless especially outdoors or if you wanna shape the light in any way, rather use a couple reflectors instead of carrying this
