I think the CP2 is one of the best engines on the market and the MT07 one of the best looking, but man it needs more features badly. Ride modes, cruise control and quickshifters are all becoming standard on bikes in this class for the same price.

Needs Ride by Wire throttle, TC, QS, Cruise Control, USD forks and better rear shock. Then I will consider it. Until then I'll keep shopping. Maybe offer an MT07 SP that has decent suspension? Also an XSR700 SP would be greatly appreciated since I prefer the way it looks but still want all the bells and whistles.

Although it hasn’t been updated the simplicity and fun factor of the bike remains and I appreciate that. If you want something more techy look elsewhere personally I don’t care for all the tech stuff that’s what cars are for

Just learn to control your throtle, dont wait for the electronics to do everything. The mt07 doesnt need tc. If you cant control 74hp, drive a car for the safety of everyone.
