I started with A Brief History of Time and I usually had to read a paragraph 2 or 3 times before could really be sure I was following. I've also read The Elegant Universe and Fabric of the Cosmos by Brian Greene. Again, multiple passes, but these were all fascinating books if you like that kind of thing.

Can you please suggest more recent books ? Because we have advanced so much and discovered so much in the past 10 years in astronomy

I thought you were gonna say •Astrophysics For People in a Hurry” by Neil DeGrasse Tyson. If you haven’t read this then I highly recommend

Just reading The end of everything 😊 My recommendation would be also Brian Greene's The fabric of the cosmos, The elegant Universe, Daniel Bodanis's Electric Universe, Martin Rees, Stephen Hawking's friend and colleague Before the beginning, Stephen Hawking's Universe in a nutshell and lastly, on my suprise Neil De Grasse Tyson' Astrophysics for People in a Hurry.
Takes time to get through but looking back it was time worth spended .

I have a question
Gravity is the wekest force of the universe but in our scale it can “hold” together the Cosmical cluster from the expansion of the universe doesnt that make the expansion force weaker for our scale

Imma just chime in to add: Our Mathematical Universe Max Tegmark ... learned so damn much from that wild and extremely well written little book about the biggest and weirdest central ideas in cosmology and physics ... never read a better explanation of the expansion of the universe and various interpretations and implications of quantum physics

I'm glad I'm not the only person with large Galaxy prints on canvas in my house.

These books are great. Doing my masters in astrophysics, GFE is killing me rn.

A really good one is Unlocking the universe. It’s very basic and a lot of pictures but explains things simply in a way any idiot can understand. I am very advanced in astrophysics and liked the book a lot.

If we see everything in the past in the universe then if we go very far from the earth and see at it, can we see ourselves in the past?

People always think that bigger is powerful for example Stephenson 2-18 it's very big 2150 solar radius but it's very less massive but westerhout 49-2 despite being only 55 times bigger than its 250 solar mass and Sagittarius A* only 17 times size of sun (event horizon) it's 4154000 solar mass and people think that Stephenson 2-18 is big and can obelarate all other stars but in reality westerhout 40-2 has higher gravitational force due to higher mass and also higher temperature

I got Carl Sagan’s Pale Blue Dot. Any opinions?

Could you make a video about what events in history led the sun to be the "center" of the solar system/universe?
