Exponential Smoothing in Excel using Data analysis tools (Machine Learning/Statistics)

In Moving Average the past values are weighted equally, on the other hand exponential functions are used to assign exponentially decreasing weights over time

Hi Kamal,
If we have actual value and forecast value of last 12 periods, how can we use that to forecast next 12 periods using exponential smoothing? Any suggestion would help.
