I fell deeply in love with Gili Air when we visited as a paradise getaway, but Chiang Mai is my favourite place to live. Plus of course, there's no place like home (Dorset in England).

One of my first businesses was dropshipping back in the 80's, when I was in my pre-teens, lol. Things were a lot different back then. No internet for the masses, although I was online already. The good dropshippers provided glossy printed catalogs of products and they would imprint them with my company information, logo, address, etc. Then I would either buy or build my own mailing lists and mail out the catalogs. Orders came in to me and I forwarded them to the dropshipper with a paper check a couple times per week. If I remember correctly, I was making about 30% of the listed catalog prices on products. It worked out really well. Now when I hear dropshipping I laugh, because so many people think it's like some new concept. Today of course, you can automate everything and hardly touch it again. But the competition has probably increased by at least 10, 000% since the olden days. Cheers!
