I think he's talking to fellow Muslims rather than Christians. I didn't see the video, so I'm not entirely sure. However, many Muslims would say that there are scientific miracles in the Quran, but Ali Dawah seems to be conceding that this claim is debunked, and he's trying to tell his fellow Muslims to "deal with" this truth.

Those, who left there akl left. I don't know whether you even get what he saw or not. Science is not a scale in which islam or the quran has to go through. Indeed we can say that look, something is written which is not possible to known to a man in a dessert at that time. But we aknowledge that science isn't absolute but we believe that islam is absolute. So making science a scale to prove islam isn't the wisest and even correct way. And again allah said.
