ngl I have adhd, and I see it SO strongly in junpei. he talks a lot and his mind wanders easily, he gets super excited and invested in whatever he's interested in, he struggles with motivation (especially with schoolwork), he's impulsive, he's rejection sensetive, and on top of all that — he tries to hide his struggles because he thinks it makes him stupid.

plus, he sleeps during classes... adhd can cause disordered sleep. (I of all people should know that...)
maybe this is why I like him so much. he's just like me fr.

I know some people dont like Junpei but i love who he is because he's the most human.

I know people dont like how "flirty" he is, and yes i can understand that from my current age.
But i can actually empathize because i was like that too back in high school.
I just wanted to feel wanted and Junpei ironically resembles my life almost to a T.
Especially with "losing" the first girl you were very serious about.

My favorite part about Junpei's exams is that his grade improve the further his character develops. During the last grading period, he scores average instead of being at the bottom.

I like this, it adds context to Junpei's inferiority complex and makes it more sympathetic and understandable why he was jealous of P3 Hero

Reload's Junpei is the best version out of all P3 iterations with the new battle physics. I'm actually using him more in party then before. His character arc is also brilliant.

Junpei is among my top of the list favorites characters in the entire franchise. His character arc is done so well. Starts off as the goof, but eventually lives up to being The Man.

Junpei is best boy. Easily one of my favorite Persona characters. If I made a tier list he’d be WAY up at the top.
