I’m thinking about cancelling my appointment for a tracheal shave because it’s gotten smaller since being on HRT for 10+years. It doesn’t for all of us but I have noticed how small it’s gotten so the risk outweighs the benefit for me. Thank you for this information.

Thank for your information but is absolutely wrong doing the surgery where the neck meet the chin, and why ? Because that is a area that we move so much and so it will end up looking bad. The scar most be just at the middle of the neck where that natural wrinkle is . My doctor did that surgery on me up in the neck and the skin has got separated from the muscle because of the movement and it looks horrible.
