This video seems to perpetuate the idea that 5G is only on mm wave frequencies. This is not correct. 5G is a technology that can be deployed on any existing or new cell band. For example, my carrier (Rogers) has 5G on 600 MHz and a couple of other bands. It is also currently deploying on 3.5 GHz C band spectrum. Also, as 2G and 3G disappear, the same spectrum can then be used for 5G.
