There is a rare genetic disease where your body can't metabolize copper (Wilson's Disease). It's not tested for at birth but can cause serious damage to organs. My son has it. Wish I would have know this from the start.

Once Upon A Farm also independently tests for heavy metals. It’s Jennifer Garners company the fruit & veggie pouches are clean, organic and very little ingredients. My child has been thriving off of them since she’s been eating solids. 😊 Highly recommend. They’re pricey but you do get what you pay for.

… really need your help: How can the FDA claim that these are heavy metals are permissible in dog food? My dog, who is now deceased, was impacted by a silent recall, here are his lab results (saved the food for 7 months bc I knew something was wrong with it. They even pushed it under my couch:

Both became lethargic, had bloody stools, loss of appetites, yet Sam had tremors, grew a tumor on his spleen, that moved to his lungs and thyroid days later, fought for 7 months then passed. He and his brother’s appetite’s immediately restored post changing their food.

The company had a recall yet didn’t mention his brand due to a FDA investigation that blamed one manufacturer (Mid America Pet Foods in TX) not Diamond Pet Foods in SC, when the salmonella report came out of SC not TX)…

They initially admitted to his brand also being included, then retracted it 30 days later when I requested in writing for my grad school, then retracted their retraction post them graciously being caught online lying thanks to content creation makers (TikTok and Reddit). They had also spoiled the evidence (the call log when they initially admitted to the bag being included in the expanded recall). 🙄 So infuriating. What is your feedback on how to debunk their manufacturer’s claims seeking to discredit their experience due to their age or breed - sincerely appreciate any insight/help. Am planning to speak out publicly soon & would really appreciate any verified assistance. My dog Sam died post eating food sadly sold at Sam’s Club. I also work for Walmart Home Office, so it’s truly a horrifying circumstance. Are these readings in any way normal? I simply do not want my or anyone else’s dog’s blood on my hands! Multibillion dollar industry that we’re about to further expand our services in.

All of this so wild, yet at this rate are we even surprised?? My pediatrician and many others recommend starting on the rice cereal. My son was born luckily after I heard about the baby food scandal and I just gave him whole fruits and vegetables.

I remember 14 years ago giving my child Gerber baby food in the jar. I didn’t feel bad because the ingredients was carrots and water or peas and water, etc. There wasn’t added junk to the ingredients, however looks like things have changed now.
