8:35 If you're using the SpeedyBee TX800 VTX, make sure it is hooked up to 5 volts! I tried 9 and mine went up in smoke. Waiting for a replacement 😂

Just to let yall know, I built one of these.. this thing is way faster than he made it look and I’m happy about it. It’s a super cheap but a very slept on build. Thanks man! 🙏 my total for everything including goggles receiver and transmitter (I used flysky) was $208 after taxes.

Hey Sam, I’ve been looking into this sort of thing for a while. There’s so much drama about FPV being dead and analog being dead, but there is soooo much coming out of China at such low rates that I actually think we’re heading into a new era of analog, with new pilots joining the ranks with these cheap options. im sure you already use this but you should mention to the new people that rosin core solder is also a must. once i started using rosin core solder, soldering became like riding a bike, dont even think about anymore

great video thank you just ordered all the parts hopefully they come pretty soon still pretty new to fpv so i bought a pre built one to try out and just want to start learning and building my own now, its such a fun hobby.
