It's amazing to me these Heroes practice stress reduction the same way everyone else does going into to work at the office or the grocery store.

Great respect of them all, I am not Ukrainian, but I've been living in Ukraine two year by now, even though I am not on the front, but I totally relate to them, they are experiencing the days like at the beginning of the war, all the bombing, shooting, fighting. I still have fears towards those days, when I stayed at the third floor, the ground was shaking cuz of the bombardment, it was a nightmare for me. Pray for all the brave solders safety, health and victory, all the suffering ends and peace arrives. Slave

The only thing that kinda comfort me a little bit is that it's even harder for the Russians on the other side.

After they see their colleagues killed, they can develop PTSD, trauma which is hard to treat in few years, so it is difficult for them to want to return at war.

Poor man - he needs a break - he and so many others will be emotionally scarred for life by this pointless war. I take my hat off to him and all his colleagues - he is arguably doing one of the hardest jobs on the front line - clearing up the broken bodies.

This is what differs us from the enemy: There is room for weak spots and it's ok to talk about it. Having feelings is what makes us human, and taking care of each other is something the enemy will never experience. Slava Ukraini!

That's really sad. They shouldn't have to go back, they've done their time. When you see so many young fit men walking around the other cities in Ukraine acting as if there isn't even a war going on, this is so unfair.

Conditioning may help, however, some would serve better... to help their brothers in arms... in other ways than the battlefield.
