DOJ should appeal. The smoking pile of a ruling that Cannon issued needs reversed. If any appellate court does not do this, that should be part of the record. It is time to weed out the enablers and bring them to account as well.

I will simply vote AGAINST each and every single candidate that has NOT openly denounced the Trump movement. That said, I will vote FOR any person who has the GREATEST CHANCE of defeating that candidate. This is an all out battle at the ballot box for our country in its existential threat from autocratic rule by insane people with zero heart and soul. I recommend you do the same. Get registered to VOTE NOW and double check in case you’ve been purged.

We can "prioritize" on policy specifics later, but this VOTE must be VERY TARGETED all the way down to the municipal level. Every vote I make will ONLY hinge on whether they denounce the Trump movement or not; otherwise, there will be more undermining of democracy. I'm keeping it simple and denouncing anti-democratic efforts.

Criminals charged with second-degree murder, aggravated battery and arson will be released without bail in the liberal state. Called the SAFE-T Act, it ends cash bail and “includes 12 non-detainable offences, second-degree murder, aggravated battery and arson without bail, as well as drug-induced homicide, kidnapping, burglary, robbery, intimidation, aggravated DUI, aggravated fleeing and eluding, drug offences and threatening a public official” “All these crimes will become non-detainable offences after the act takes effect on January 1, meaning criminals will be charged with and released for these crimes without bail.”
