Allianz treibt den Wandel zur kohlenstoffarmen Wirtschaft voran

Die Allianz Gruppe baut ihre Klimastrategie deutlich aus und bekennt sich dazu, den globalen Wandel zur kohlenstoffarmen Wirtschaft in den kommenden Jahrzehnten aktiv mitzugestalten. Als eines der ersten Versicherungsunternehmen setzt sich die Allianz langfristige Klimaziele, die an das Zwei-Grad-Ziel des Pariser Klimaabkommens geknüpft sind. Bis zum Jahr 2040 sollen kohlebasierte Geschäftsmodelle im Kundenportfolio in der Versicherung und in der Anlage der Versichertengelder schrittweise auslaufen. Zusätzlich verkleinert das Unternehmen seinen CO2-Fußabdruck des Geschäftsbetriebs bis 2040, etwa durch einen höheren Anteil an erneuerbaren Energien im Stromeinkauf.
