I bought today a SanDisk Extreme Pro 128GB SD card. Formatted it on my phone - chop-chop done. Tried formatting it on the computer (laptop) - freaking nightmare. Oh my god... First I tried to format it in the regular way: right click, format, ok. Windows could not complete the format. Wth?! Okay, then I went over to cmd, typed in the necessary stuff, again error messages. Diskpart - same. Numerous third-party tools - each crappier than the last (couldn't do anything, had to pay for everything, etc). Tried to change the letter - brief success, as it finally showed up. Still couldn't be used as it was asking to format it. 😡 😡 😡 A brand new spanking SD card shows up as "raw" in the Disk Management. I don't know why... So, in summary, I have a new SD card I can't even use. Brilliant. Just in my phone, and while obviously that's good, the files I want to copy it are on my computer. I also tried to obvious method - connected the phone to the laptop with an USB cable - so freaking slow, even a snail is faster (to be fair I tried to copy a large amount of data, so that's understandable) but after a while it stops for no reason at all. 😡 😡 😡

Somebody please help me because I was sent to the brink of insanity over a simple thing like this!!! Thanks
