Just a word of encouragement. I am 75 years old next week and have spent a lifetime on balancing out and letting go! my reward was today when I was taken up into the 5th dimension. It is not as complex an event at some make out. I have actually been in the lower sub plane for some years now, but today the trip was made more realistic. The 5th is more colourful, more light, everything is exactly the same except the missing 'negative experiences and thoughts' the thinking is much higher - it is almost impossible to go back to a past thought as they don't exist any more.
