He will get sentenced to life in prison just for the NYC charges alone. Leave him alone already. At this point, pushing charges just for photo-ops is ridiculous. Realistically speaking he will get life in person already and pushing further charges won’t change that. Excessive punishment for killing one man who is just a civil servant of the public doesn’t merit first-degree murder.
