Okay, so if you're someone who likes to spend well under a thousand dollars Well, it feels like it's getting harder and harder as every generation those GPUs that are around that 400 $500 mark just don't seem to be getting as impressive as they're far more expensive counterparts as they continue to have not enough VRAM And just aren't bringing us super impressive levels of performance But I got some great news for you guys because it looks like that actually might be changing now Of course, we have seen some information about the RTX 50 90 the 50 80 and even the RTX 50 70 Which I have been covering But what we haven't really talked about is the RTX 50 60 Ti and we just got some information Which actually originally came from board channels, but was covered by video cards calm and here you can see there's a ton of information Here which I'll have linked in the description below. But just to sum it up here They basically said that well the RTX 50 90 50 90 D and 50 80 are likely gonna be available in January of 2025 or at least launched by that time and then the RTX 50 70 in 50 70 Ti sometime in February of 2025 and then finally the 50 60 slash 5060 Ti in March of(...) 2025 and fellas that's actually starting to sound fairly close here.

While I’ve been one of the biggest critics of Nvidia VRAM vs. pricing on the 4000 series, if they deliver on those 5060 Ti specs, I won’t have cause to complain about that model. I’ve told everyone I can in video editing to go with a cheaper used 3060 12GB instead of a new 4060 or 4060 Ti if they want to stay with Nvidia sub-$400. It would be nice to have a new xx60 class product I could actually recommend.

5060 Ti will be horrible stop the cap. The 5070 5080 and 5090 should be the cards you wanna look at and hopefully the performance matches the price tag. Also the 5080 should be 10 15 percent better then the 4090

no it won't it will be 8GB Vram on a 128-bit bus, I know what Nvidia will do, the same damn mistake, 12GB is the new minimum for 1080P, 16GB for 1440P and 20GB for 4K

12gb vram is enough for 1080p gaming, that is what this card should primarily be used for. If the 5060ti can manage to get 144fps on max settings and closer to 240fps for competitive low settings, then it’s definitely a worthy choice. That level of performance for a $400 would make most people happy, but anything more would definitely be too much. For anyone looking to spend more at that point should start considering 1440p cards which should at least have 16gb of vram

Honestly though I would expect nvidia to make a rtx 5060 8gb for $380 and 5060ti 12gb for at least $450. Which at this point I would say that only deserves a purchase if a 5060ti can perform closer to 240fps on max settings which is wishful thinking

5060 with 8gb VRAM will be around $400, - $425 5060 ti will get 12gb VRAM and a price of $475 - $525. Curious to see if my prediction will become a reality.
