1:38 IS SO GOOD
It gives me radio rock song vibes, mixed with the organs and SM64 soundfont, it feels like a mix between a foreboding chase, and a 90s halloween thriller. Obviously, with that good hint of Mario thrown in as well.

it's odd how smooth his sprite looks when he's got a lot of notes, and I kinda wish there were more speedy moments like at 0:24

Who doesn’t love the Wario Apparition? Of the non-Mario songs, this one was worthy of being in the mod and it’s clear. Wario Head’s left pose referencing a classic commercial, and the intermission with the endless stairs is also amazing.

But my favorite part is the solo near the end at 1:51. Despite running for his life, BF makes sure to end the song in a grand fashion. Definitely a frontrunner for best song in the mod!

Really wish that more personalised copies are discovered for Super Mario 64 so we can see footage of that, love the videos that make them so convincing, one highlight was the Beta Archive.

As for this song, it’s absolutely amazing. I like that one part with the long notes :]

I feel like this song should have had some more mechanics in it.

Like imagine if your life was not measured at the bottom like usual, but instead could only be seen by how close wario gets to you, with a passive health drain to have him constantly getting closer to you. That would have absolutely made this song.

I really just want an entire song that captures the feel of 1:38 it’s just….. it’s so good and just makes me feel good inside and that’s just the absolute best way I can explain it

And a fun time he delivered.
The song in general really goes hard because it's the fucking Wario Apparition and the instrumentals come close to being my most favorite in the mod alongside Race-traitors.

No interesting gimmicks this time, but the song still delivers with that brief intermission midway in the song and the final solo with Boyfriend goes hard.

I really enjoy the Wario apparition's inclusion as well as the Mario 64 and that one 6 Golden Coins ad references, as well as the spooky feel! This is really the ultimate creepypasta mod!
