You have given a great explanation, Thank you for that, I have a question, when Ish decreases then according to I = Ia+Ish the armature current Ia must increase which will reduce the back emf Eb as Eb=V-IaRa and as N is directly proportion to Eb, so N must also decrease and on another side, the decrease in flux increases the speed as it is inversely proportional to it, So what will be the final result ( in short why the Eb here is considered as a constant?)
