Ransomware and You: The Human Element of Ransomware

In this talk, Cyber Readiness Institute, with kent University, looked into some of the human aspects of ransomware. We discussed a bit of background, ransomware deployment techniques, characteristics, and responses. We also explored the different designs of ransomware splash screens (ransom notes), to see how they might impact potential victims.
