For more than 100 years April 24th was the saddest day in Armenian history. Today we commemorate 103rd anniversary of Armenian Genocide in Turkey in 1915... But unlike all previous years this year is also symbolizing the rebirth of Armenia as a country and as a truly united nation! I am so proud of my compatriots, especially the young generation, for becoming the first nation to use soft power and make a peaceful revolution in less than 10 days without any single victim!
I think that if you judge the country by it's population thеn Armenia is a small country... But if you judge it by the size of the hearts and depth of the souls of its' people - then Armenia is a huge and mighty empire!!!
I wish with all my heart that all these changes will make a big impact towards the bright, prosperous and peaceful future of my homeland!
I'm so proud of you, my dear compatriots!
