Meanwhile we got immigrants coming to America and finding work the same day and starting businesses and being succesful, yet Black men can't find a job.

That’s the result of not building your own community as men.

Just had a discussion today with a dusty relative who flat out said he doesn’t want to work for anyone then had the audacity to ask me for $1K. I told him to get a job and save $1K

Why didnt they bring up the stats on black women employment? Oh wait because that would have blown the "racism" excuse out of the water.

BM haven’t had a job since 1867. The last time a BM had a job, Abraham Lincoln was alive. He’s the only group of males who have been consistently unemployed for 155 consecutive years straight.

I've told myself time and time again, you don't look for a job, you go out and make money. As a young man I did the paycheck thing. Becoming an entrepreneur became the best move I've made.

How is considerable discrimination, discouragement and no job availability affecting the men but not the women?

Excuse Excuse, Black women are doing better and better every year, passing up the black man faster and faster, its the culture the mindset not racism. When the black ppl in power constantly tell you everyone is a racist everyone hates you anything shortcomings you have you're gonna chalk it up to racism, even if its racism you need to look at yourself first always.

Why don't they talk about being a "GO GETTER" and making your dreams come true? Don't sit there and wait for a job to fall in your lap. Keep going and knock on every employer's door. Someone will eventually say YES!
