”Seychelles” (Japan1976) was Masayoshi Takanaka's first solo album.　“Oh! Tengo Suerte" is the first song on it.
All songs of the album, including the composition and arrangements, were self-produced by Takanaka himself. 　
“Oh! Tengo Suerte” is a masterpiece that leads you to the world of TAKANAKA at once.

The song was covered by former "MALO", and SANTANA's younger brother "JORGE SANTANA "on his solo album in 1978.
but the original song was written by M.TAKANAKA on the album “Seychelles(Japan1976)”.

Japan has a rock history of about 60 years, many albums by Japan musicians were ignored for a long time without being listed for commercial use in Western countries, and Japan only sold domestically. Therefore, since it was not distributed outside of Japan, it is easy to be misunderstood as a song by JORGE SANTANA without being known,
but "Oh! Tengo Suerte" was naturally composed by Masayoshi Takanaka and was first released on his album Seychelles (Japan 1976).

JORGE SANTANA'S CURRENTLY AVAILABLE CD ALSO LISTS THE COMPOSITION WAS M.TAKANAKA.
On the Misha USA edition released in 2000, there is a notation "M.Takanaka JASRAC" on the inside of the jacket,
and you can see if you check that JORGE has officially adopted the cover at a cost with Takanaka's permission.
In fact, JORGE's solo album was released two years after Seychelles.　I guess he adopted it, cause it was such a good song.
By the way, Masayoshi Takanaka's official professional debut in Japan was in 1971, when he was still in high school student.
