Know exactly what wind and current is like. I have learned when fishing the Suwannee river always start out against the current, or getting back to the boat ramp can be a real task! Hoping that Tiny Glide drop happens

Nice I like that stretch of river, for your info you can put in at the dam and take out down stream at Dicks conoe and kayak rental. It's about a 7 mile float from the dam, only downside is you need at least 2 people so you can leave a car at both places.
