So I have followed the steps from your videos and got as far as logging in and clicking start test. Then a pop up window comes up and states “we are unable to detect the required version of Microsoft Office”.It would be really helpful if you could tell me what this means and how the issue can be resolved. I have a Mac and I tried downloading the one for Mac, but then when I try to take a test, it is a multiple choice, but I want the type with powerpoint and stuff but I still don't know how to do it.

Hello Mr Morgan, please I have be informed that GMetrix is not compatible with Mac and I accept that. However, is there anyway around this? I've read that some people find ways to make it work on mac. Thanks
