If you are looking to add width, strength, stability, looks and significantly improve the ride quality of your RZR, this is the kit you need! This long travel kit from Offroad Beast will add 8" of overall width to your machine, giving you a 72" wide stance. (the same width as the Turbo S)

The ORB trailing arms add a ton of clearance, making them much less likely to get hung up on obstacles or rocks. The high clearance a-arms from ORB also help you get over large obstacles without hitting an arm.

How adjustable is this Offroad Beast RZR long travel kit? Extremely! This long travel kit from Offroad Beast offers a huge amount of adjustability you can be sure that you will be able to dial this suspension kit in to match your riding style.

The billet radius rods have adjustable heim joints on the ends.

The high clearance front a-arms have camber adjustment on the lower ball joint mount.

The super strong tie rods have adjustable joints on each end.

The rear trailing arms have an adjustable heim joint at the frame connection.

We have done quite a bit of testing (beating) on this kit and it has performed flawlessly.

How difficult is the install on this ORB Long Travel Kit?
Installing this long travel kit from ORB is surprisingly easy! Just remove your factory suspension and bolt this long travel kit on. It is also very adjustable. The radius rods, trailing arms, lower a-arms and tie rods all have the ability to be adjusted to give you the exact alignment you are looking for.

We have done quite a bit of testing (beating) on this ORB kit and it has performed flawlessly.
