Angel Reese Has been fined and Chennedy Carter's Foul on Caitlin Clark Upgraded

Caitlin Clark's fans are smiling now that Chennedy Carter's hard foul on Clark during the Indiana Fever vs Chicago Sky game has been upgraded by WNBA to Flagrant 1. Angel Reese who celebrated the foul has been fined too. WNBA seems to have taken into consideration the fact that the women basketball league has gained immense viewership and to make it successful, they have to act professionally.
