Cardno's P4 Project provides capacity building and targeted assistance to public-private partnerships to combat the global HIV epidemic in PEPFAR countries on behalf of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Health Diplomacy.
