Zelenskiy: Russia Destroyed 40% of Ukraine's Energy Infrastructure

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met on Tuesday with European Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson in Kyiv.

Zelenskyy told Simson Russia had destroyed about 40% of Ukraine's energy infrastructure but expressed hope that "in a calmer time, when the situation in our energy system is stabilised, we will continue exporting electricity to Europe."
