Cleanest set up ive seen....when I saw TBS on the title, I knew it would be a tight integrated into the frame plates...even though the weight and electronics are spread ou (like it needs to be)..they still connect without all the wires...this could be one off the best interference deterrents, ive seen..great job TBS

Wow! As a noob to FPV, my first look at the Discovery I thought it was nice, but way over-priced. Then I started watching the videos and saw the teamwork that takes place, the AMAZING video, flight, editing... Now I see this vid of one being built, and... well, I see now. Worth every penny and then some. Brilliant, cutting edge work all the way around. Thanks and big 'props' to all. My brother and I have a blast watching TBS and dreaming of the day...

it's actually not a ground loop if it's all going in the same channel. it's just more comfortable and user-friendly to use all the pins that are available - no chance of connecting stuff the wrong way.

Very useful video, having just got a DJI 450 + Naza I was thinking about his for the future. This video helps a hell of a lot more than manuals and flight videos

This is by far the best Quad frame on the market!

I have two newby questions if you don't mind getting back to me. For some it may be obvious, for me it isn't.

1. What do you use at 1:15, transparent solution, .. colophony?
2. What do you use at 3:55 when you apply it to the screws (blue solution)

Thanks and great video. Love it!

yes. and a power conversion board. so you can fly your quad on any number of cells, and it will give you the right voltage to camera and VTx.

sure search "TBS 59" and then check the video on our website. it's a very basic OSD, obviously, aimed at simplifying your FPV setup and getting you in the air effortlessly.

6:30 You can use Futaba S-Bus and only have to solder on 3 pins.

This is a very interesting project and the materials appear to be of high quality. My question is whether the electronic parts are exposed to natural elements like ground dirt, sand, rain, moisture etc. Shouldn't it be somehow "protected" by some plastic around it? Suppose one lands it on the ground during dusty wind, wouldn't the dust enter between the frames? Thanks.

yes we're working on these right now.

I have had 3 TBS Core's blow over the past 12 months, I'm now on number 4 and they're not cheap. I think there must be a design fault causing them to overheat. This time I left the tin shield off for additional cooling, hopefully number 4 will last a bit longer than the other 3.

Hi, excellent video I like this quad and it will be my next project... I have a question, I have the futaba 14sg radio transmitter, can the EzUhf receiver support the futaba 14sg radio? Thank you!!!
