How to get help with Windows 10: from Microsoft:

If you are having a big technical problem with Windows 10 and you can't find the help you need online, Microsoft has provided a Contact Support app that can help resolve your computer problem. Their support app is an easy way to contact Microsoft's Windows Support when you’re having an issue you can’t fix or repair.
All you need to do is type "Contact Support" into the search box in Windows 10. within a couple of quick steps you will you will have the options to be connected by chat or phone to Microsoft Answer Desk. There may be a short waiting time, but you will have a one to one conversion with a Windows 10 expert.

Thanks for the tip Britec, Great Video as always. When I called them about windows 7 about windows update not finding updates, they were useless, they disabled the wifi service. But when I called about Windows 10 about Cortana and start menu not working, they were very good, found a corrupt user profile.

System works well.
I reported a problem with importing favourites into Edge in the early Windows 10 builds. Tech guy accessed my PC ( obviously with my permission ) and then I could show him in detail the problem.
MS tech guy didn't realise they had the problem until I pointed it out and it was fixed in their next Windows update.

having a problem for which i really need your help....can you use a windows 10 product key from a dvd to activate a copy of windows 10 installed from an ISO image on a usb drive??? The WIN 10 DVD i have has got lots of scratches on it and it looks a bit damaged too so I'm not sure it'll let me know...

Thank you very much for this.. I recently upgraded to the Windows 10 Anniversary edition and the boot up time is over 4 times longer then it was with the previous version. It was booting up in 20 seconds now it's taking a minute and a half. Using the info you shared in this video I called them this morning and spent over an hour on the phone with them trouble shooting the problem.. we even downloaded and reinstalled the Win 10 to no avail. They raised it to a 2nd Level support issue and are going to call me back on Sunday to see if they can resolve the issue. I am just curious if you have run into this problem or have any insights in how to resolve it. The odd thing is I upgraded my two computers in my home.. one was using Windows 7 Pro and the other Windows 7 Ultimate.. and the one with Win 7 Pro is still booting up in 20 seconds.. so it just defies logic. The computer that had Ultimate is serious computer... 64 Gig of Ram.. 3.2 core 6 Pentium Processor.. Both have SDD System drives with several disk drives with over 5 Terabytes of memory. Any advice you can share would be greatly appreciated.
