I never owned a W124 but from the time i remember my w123 i would say the washer fluid is the front most "white" container on the passenger side. If you stop the video at 1:07 it's lleft of the rectangular black box (airfilter housing).
And the cable that runs to it is for the warning you get when the washer fluid level is low. Yes even the old W123 had that, as well as a warning light if a lightbulb was broken. And both things without an ecu!
To get the fuel filler door open, you push on the front part of it, not the back. (not a button inside) But it locks with central locking.
