This video demonstrates the Lachman test to assess the integrity of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).

Grading/Positive Test: Anterior Tibial Translation
1+: less than/equal to 5mm (indicates possible partial ACL tear)
2+: 6-10mm (indicates possible full ACL tear)
3+: greater than 10mm (indicates full ACL tear)

Sensitivity: 0.86
Specificity: 0.91
