Thank you again dr kristie i been doing the rotator cuff exercises for 7 days now, i have 3-4 tears in my shoulder. Im an artist i paint with an easel in front of me it was getting impossible for me to paint from the pain. Now i can sleep and wake up with much less discomfort and during the day i feel almost normal. Your a miracle worker so glad i found you

I’m 6’4” at 62 yrs old, falling is getting to be a concern. Started to add balance routine about 5 months ago. Will put these into the rotation. THANKS!

Fell going down hill on ice, feet went out and up in front of me, upper back and neck was like a half whiplash, do you have any good exercises to relieve neck stiffness? Thanks

Dr Kristie I love the help and these movements seem simple but I feel them tonight. Quick question, I noticed even Victoria does the exercices bare foot. My family room floor is tile ( because of a muddy yard that the dog thinks she should bring in) and cold so I wear shoes and socks. Is there any advantage to being bare footed?
