Brilliant, thankful to those who have created this movie. When you have a home, which is relatively secure, it is difficult to accurately put yourself in the shoes of a homeless person . This movie is a godsend I am so grateful to everyone involved in this project.

Older persons (aged 55 years and over) made up 16% (18, 625 persons) of the total homeless population, with women accounting for 37% (6, 866 persons) of that cohort. It shouldn't be that way.

Such courage to share this very trauma-inducing experience. Never feeling safe, sadly also feeling shame and embarrassment when it is society and successive governments policies that need to be apologising for making such decisions without taking into account who might be negatively impacted by such decisions. This happens when there are not enough diverse voices in decision-making to provide a thorough analysis which is considered carefully when addressing critical social matters such as housing supply and access. We are strong, smart and wise and at times we are also very vulnerable. The diversity of women and our voices need to be heard, respected and engaged with. Gender inequity over the last 50-60years has created this diabolic situation for hundreds of thousands of women. We will become very ill and even die if we do not have a safe secure affordable place to be and continue to be able to share who with are with others. We must urgently address this housing crisis and ensure that all women have access to affordable, amenable homes from which we can continue to contribute to our families and civil society and receive the formal and informal support we will need until we be dead!!

The loss of home ownership has been on a massive upswing since 2008 particularly after the US banking sector engineered GFC, but it is a significant part of failed capitalism. when organic capitalism become corporate crony capitalism it will wreck havoc on the public as it has always done. This was widly known two centuries ago when Wndrew Jackson stood his presidential canditacy on one ticket, getting rid of The United states first Corporate central bank, and won with the support of the people, today most people are completely ignorant of the facts that all western capitalist countries have NO control over their central banks, their monetary supply or any other part of their financial system. which is why all these countries are horrendously in debt, have unstable economies and manipulated markets. All because our governments sold out their countries to corporate banksters. The US gave away it's financial sovereignty to corporate banksters in late 1913, as Woodrow wilson agreed to accept money from the corporate banking cartel for his presidential campaign on the agreement that Wilson would pass the Federal reserve act of 1913, written by the banksters, for the banksters. Canada was sold out by Pierre trudeau in 1973, when he overturned The bank of Canada's charter to create debt free/interest free money to fund infrastructure and all government expenses, which allowed Canada to come out of the Great Depression, build massive infrastructure, finance Free healthcare, free education, free welfare as well as build the second largest military in the americas without creating debt or borrowing from the World bank IMF etc. after Trudeau senior sold out Canada, Canada has gone into massive debt, is having to cut services and again has Criminal Trudeau in power doing his best to carry on his father's legacy of destroying Canada. Australia, is a massive isolated country with a tiny population, yet with a micro population (NO tax base) it was able to build massive amounts of infrastructure, develop a steel Government funded steel & ship building industries the snowy hydroelectric scheme all done without creating any national debt until 1973 when Whitlam corporatized Australia, which enabled keating and Hawk to create the recession we had to have? Offshore all our manufacturing and sink Australia into massive debt. Australia prior to WW2 was able to build and finance a huge navy with heavy cruisers and an aircraft carrier, which we can't afford today with many times the population?. People who don't know or learn from history are at it's mercy.
