Koresma - Offshores (Banyan Remix)

“When we first heard Offshores, we immediately fell in love with the tropical vibe. We decided to approach the remix through the lens of UK Garage and from there things fell quickly into place.

Using a small loop from Koresma’s bell percussion melody as the foundation, we wrote new chords to bring a different perspective to the record. From there we were able to infuse the remix with our signature Gamelan bells, sounds from nature, and colorful analog synths.

In the end we successfully re-imagined it into an immersive journey that we hope empowers the listener, draws their focus into nature, and inspires their imagination to take flight.” - Banyan
