AQA Required Practical - Making Salts. Copper Sulfate Crystals - Separating solids from a solution

AQA Required Practical for GCSE combined science or chemistry, Preparation of a pure, dry sample of a soluble salt from an insoluble oxide or carbonate using a Bunsen burner to heat dilute acid and a water bath or electric heater to evaporate the solution.
Edexcel Core Practical
Practicals are 15% of your exam grade, this could be the difference between a grade 4 and a grade 5 or the difference between grade 7 and grade 9. There isn’t a large amount of content but there are a lot of skills that can be tested, to help you with this I’ve made videos of all the practical and written a workbook full or exam style questions.

I want to help you achieve the grades you (and I) know you are capable of; these grades are the stepping stone to your future. Even if you don't want to study science or maths further, the grades you get now will open doors in the future.

hi primrose kitten you are amazing. You do maths gcse please help I'm in a situation where I know I am capable of doing higher maths and my predicted grade is an A but they put me for foundation because I didn't meet my target. just for maths subject I'm doing foundation and for science higher hopefully but I'm very disappointed for maths. from year 7 to 9 for maths I put no effort in maths because i put more effort in science and mostly english. but still my target was high and I spoke to my teacher there is no chance. but I want to do it bad higher maths and how should I prove it to them. If I get a secure 5 in maths. help me. Thanks
