Please share some enlightenment because I'm confused now.
So after watching this video I realized that I forgot to hand in the Undertaking document. So I print it out, fill it in and scan it again bear in mind that my applications are still waiting for approval. So I've been trying to upload this document THE WHOLE DAY but was unfortunate. The option for "Upload documents" like it's displayed on your screen no longer appears (and it did before) so I try to be smart and choose the "Change qualification/application" option and I get statment saying "You're a current student, contact the school to change the qualification enrolled for" and I'm confused what that means because my application status still says "waiting for approval" and I was never emailed any letter for admission. However I ended up submitting that undertaking document via email.
