Thanks for checking into these. All quality picks. I'm curious about the 10% required return rate you generally use. Im a fan of using a 12-15% return rate for everything due to; greater margin of safety and, if you're taking on the additional risk of investing in individual companies, you've got to expect market beating returns (otherwise tracking a market index reduces risk and gives you the market return). Thoughts?
