Audio Lag on Nintendo Switch SNES emulation

I play Yoshi's Island on original hardware, a Super Nintendo, and on Nintendo Switch's SNES emulator. After five minutes you can hear the audio has drifted out of sync. The Switch's audio lags behind the actual SNES.

Maybe it’s the difference between 60hz japanese version and 50hz european versions.
Can you do a video on inputlag? That would be really interesting! I really want mariokart snes on the go. But untill this day there is no handheld emulator which plays without input lag..
