This film is based on the children's novel of the same name by Roald Dahl, the author of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." It is set partially in Norway and partially in the United Kingdom and tells the story of a 7-year-old boy who lives with his grandmother. In this world, there are evil witches, and one day he encounters a witch and is turned into a mouse. He must do his best to stop them from causing havoc in the world.
