This video demonstrates how to make crunchy cornflake chicken, a unique twist on classic chicken nuggets. Instead of using breadcrumbs, we use cornflakes.

Ingredients:
500 g (1.1 lb) chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1 cup plain flour
2 eggs

2 eggs has never been enough for me. I make sure it drips off like it’s suppose to, but 2 eggs is never enough. I have to use a minimum of 4.

I used to make this years ago and it was delicious but I lost that recipe and I recently thought of making it again bought a box of corn flakes but the recipe on the box I don't know it just isn't the same I don't think I think it's missing something because I don't 100% remember the original recipe but it said something about melting butter and putting it in the pan that you're going to be baking the chicken in there's no flour in this recipe and I'm trying to find this original recipe from back in the day if anybody has it would you please share it with me thank you!
