As a quiet person. I will share the disadvantages as well.
1. You can be excluded from group conversations.
2. You are mostly ignored by people around you.
3. Things get very awkward when you end up getting in a one on one conversation with people.
4. Most quiet people don't end up dating because they never hold conversations to get noticed enough to get asked out. Or are not able to ask someone out themselves.
Hence the moral of the story is don't talk nonsense but be good at communicating.

I used to be the quiet kid at school. But when I was 15 I ended up in a class where most of the people there was friends, and there was nobody I disliked. I found that I would be more vocal in these classes and would talk more. Eventually this slowly shifted into me being talking more in my other subjects. Thanks for reading my comment
