Hopefully they do bring Madaras special this update, I don't think they would release him unfinished, even if it is just his R.
I don't have a clue as to why they voted Dio get a rework, his moveset is fine as is, thankfully Aspector is giving us the option to pick (like mastery, but wont have to master it)
Then there's Geto, (Starrk or Spider-Man shoul of of won) should be getting new moves
